When I Did my Radio course, I Did it with my father, M0CDJ, he is very keen of Radio, like me. Our shack is located in our Loft, we own a Yaesu FT 847, which is a multimode rig that has a maximum output of 100w. We have a Watson Tri band co-linear, Horizontal aerial, for 70cm, 2m, and 6m, and a temporary G5RV until we can get the ground plain 40ft high Cushcraft aerial up.
